About CSSIU
Established under the University Grants Commission XI Plan in 2008, CSSIU at GIPE is a multidisciplinary research centre dedicated to studying social exclusion, discrimination, and inclusive policy. Through research, teaching, and public engagement, the Centre promotes evidence-based understanding of caste, ethnicity, gender, migration, and marginalisation in contemporary India.
