M.A. & M.Sc. Programmes

PGPFE - Post Graduate Programme in Financial Economics (PGPFE).

Admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes are conducted through the applicable entrance examinations. Explore the admission routes and official sources for registration, examination updates, and results.
Admissions to eligible undergraduate and postgraduate programmes are conducted through CUET (UG) 2026 and CUET (PG) 2026.
Admissions to eligible undergraduate and postgraduate programmes are also conducted through GCET (UG) 2026 and GCET (PG) 2026.
Admissions to GIPE programmes follow a structured process based on the applicable admission route. Complete each step to submit your application, participate in the required entrance examination or selection process, and confirm your admission.

Register through the GIPE Admission Portal, complete the online application form, select your programme preferences, and pay the application fee to generate your Application Number.

Apply through the applicable admission route for your chosen programme, including CUET (UG/PG), GCET (UG/PG), or the GIPE Selection Process for PGPFE, where applicable.

Submit your CUET score after the results are declared and/or appear for the selected GCET round(s), as applicable. Eligible applications are processed based on the prescribed admission criteria.

Merit lists are prepared and published after the declaration of the applicable entrance examination results, in accordance with programme-specific eligibility criteria and reservation policies.

Shortlisted candidates must complete document verification and pay the prescribed admission fees within the notified timelines to confirm their admission.

Upon successful completion of all admission formalities, candidates receive admission confirmation. Academic sessions commence as per the Institute's academic calendar.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Minimum 60% aggregate (50% for SC/ST) in 12th standard or equivalent from any recognized board. Students awaiting final year results are eligible to apply.
RESERVATION
Admission is subject to the reservation policy of the Government of India (GOI) as applicable to GIPE.

If you are applying under the Maharashtra state reservation quota for the M.A. Economics program, you must submit a valid Maharashtra domicile certificate. Without this, your application will be considered under the all-India category. For other programs where domicile is not mandatory, you may submit a self-declaration stating that you do not possess a domicile certificate.
