Step 1 - Submit Admission Application
Submit your admission application to GIPE.
Step 2 - Check Eligibility
Check your eligibility for available scholarship schemes.
Step 3 - Register on Scholarship Portal
Register on the respective scholarship portal (if applicable).
Step 4 - Upload Required Documents
Upload all required documents.
Step 5 - Submit Hard Copy for Verification
Submit a hard copy of the application with all documents to the Finance Department. The institute verifies your application.
Step 6 - Approval
Government/Agency approves the scholarship.
Step 7 - Scholarship Disbursement
Scholarship amount is credited directly to the student's account.

Academic mark sheets of previous qualifying examinations.

Income Certificate

Income Certificate for the previous Financial Year for the current Academic Year.

Caste Certificate

Required if applicable.

Caste Validity Certificate

Required if applicable.

Domicile Certificate

State domicile certificate as applicable.

Aadhaar Card

Valid Aadhaar card of the student.

PAN Card

Required if applicable.

Bank Passbook

Student account with Aadhaar seeding.

Passport Size Photograph

Recent passport-size photograph.

Disability Certificate

Required if applicable.

Gap Certificate

Required if applicable.

Bonafide Certificate

Institute bonafide certificate.

Current Admission Fee Receipt

Fee receipt for the current admission.

Students must submit genuine documents.
Incomplete applications will be rejected.
Submission does not guarantee scholarship.
Institute decision regarding verification shall be final.
